Drones for Safety and Security: A New Agenda

Workshop Announcement:

The workshop will explore current issues involved in uses of drones for safety and security. We will explore applications/uses of drones in law enforcement and private sector/governmental agency situational awareness.  We will also explore drone defense applications at sports stadiums and other infrastructure and laws/regulations for use of and defense against drones. Several innovative new uses of drones will be demonstrated.

12:55 – 1:15: Legal/Restrictions

1:15 – 2:15: Breakouts (3 x 15 minutes + 5 minutes to change) (to discuss workshop themes in small groups; each participant rotates among all three groups)

2:15 – 2:20: Break to return to main meeting room

2:20 – 2:35: Breakout Reports

2:35 – 2:40: Closing
